General Information: Registered Families

➢ Each camper will be required to fill out a pre-camp survey and have a negative COVID test within
3-5 days prior to camp.
➢ Participants' temperature will be checked upon arrival to Camp and monitored daily.
➢ Campers who traveled out of the country within two weeks of arrival to camp will not be
permitted.
➢ Masks will be worn at populated areas where social distancing (6 feet) cannot be safely
maintained:
○ Lodge (when not eating)
○ Basement of Lodge
○ Picnic Table Gathering Area
○ Office & Med Shed
○ Bath House
○ Fecteau Glen, Bleachers, GA-GA Pit (when larger groups present)
➢ Additional signage will be posted at camp to encourage social distancing and areas where masks
are required.
➢ Reduction of Camper Capacity to 75% to allow for more effective social distancing.
➢ Implement a cohort (UNIT) strategy (2-4 cabins in each UNIT group) to mitigate chances of
spread (classes, lodge, flagpole, applicable activities).
➢ Campers who need to leave camp during the week will not be able to return once they have left
camp grounds.
➢ Camp activities that are not feasible due to social distance guidelines will be adjusted to allow
for safe programming.
General Information: Staff & Visitors
➢ Weekly visitors will not be permitted unless considered essential for operations and approved
by the Executive Director.
➢ Staff that are eligible to be vaccinated will be encouraged to do so, or to present a negative
COVID test periodically and agree to “CW CV-19 Code of Conduct” to limit chance of spread.
➢ Staff who traveled out of the country will not be scheduled for at least two weeks after re-entry
and proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
➢ Staff will be trained on COVID-19 symptoms to mitigate the chance of virus transmission as well
as proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
